Purchasing a vehicle is one of the single largest purchases of your life and Ed Bozarth and Century Service want to help you protect it.  Century Automotive Service Contracts provide continued mechanical breakdown protection for the long road of ownership ahead.  You can be protected from the high-cost of unexpected mechanical breakdowns and component failures.   Everyone has experienced or witnessed an unexpected vehicle breakdown.  These are always inconvenient and expensive unless you make a plan for the unexpected.  The best way to do this is buy protecting your vehicle with a Service Contract from Century Automotive.  A mechanical protection plan from Century Automotive is an intelligent decision to protect yourself from high-cost automotive mechanical breakdowns. Your Century Service Contract Includes: 

Vehicle Protection: 

Century Automotive pays the costs of parts and labor during the repair or the replacement of major component costs.  Century offers a variety of plans, so you can pick your security.

National Acceptance: 

Century Automotive Contracts are accepted by repair facilities nationwide.  In the even that a network repair facility is not available, transient claims are paid by a Century Automotive credit card. 

Rental Reimbursement: 

During the time when your vehicle is being repaired at an authorized repair facility for the failure of a covered part, you may qualify for rental car reimbursement of up to $30 per day, with a 5-day maximum, not to exceed $150 per occurrence. Vehicle must be rented from the dealer or from a licensed auto rental facility. Rental car reimbursement will not continue beyond the day that repairs are completed and you are notifi ed of the completion..

Towing Coverage:

The Century Automotive plan provides for towing reimbursement (up to $80) when in conjunction with the repair of a covered item.  

Increased Resale Value:

The Century Automotive service contract is an asset, so if you sell your vehicle the coverage can be transferred to the new owner.  This can allow you the possibility of getting a higher price on your resale.

POWERTRAIN Plan

The Powertrain coverage plan is the most basic coverage offered by Century Automotive.  It is also the base for all the other plans.  The Powertrain warranty covers:

ENGINE: All internally lubricated parts, including Pistons, Crankshaft, Timing Chain, Timing Gears, Rocker Arms, Rocker Shafts, Oil Pump, Harmonic Balancer, Oil Pan, Intake and Exhaust Manifolds, Cylinder Block and Cylinder Head(s) are covered if damaged as the result of the failure of a covered internal part of the engine. TURBO CHARGER/SUPER CHARGER (Factory Installed Only): All internally lubricated parts; Housing is covered if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated component. TRANSMISSION (Automatic or Standard): All Internally lubricated Parts contained within the Transmission Case, plus: Torque Converter, Vacuum Modulator, and Transmission Mounts. (Oil Pan and Transmission Case, if damaged as the result or the failure of a covered Internal Part of the Transmission).  TRANSFER CASE: All internally lubricated parts contained within the Transfer Case DRIVE AXLE (Front and Rear): All internally lubricated parts contained within the Drive Axle, plus: Locking Hubs, Drive Shafts and Universal Joints.  SEALS and GASKETS: Seals and Gaskets

STANDARD Plan

Includes all components listed in POWERTRAIN

The Standard Plan further protects your vehicle by adding these features to the Powertrain plan: 

AIR CONDITIONER: Compressor, Compressor Clutch and Pulley, Condenser, Evaporator, Idler Pulley and Idler Pulley Bearing. The following parts are also covered if required in connection with the repair of a covered part listed above: Accumulator/Receiver Dryer, Orifi ce Tube, Oil and Refrigerant, Expansion Valve, POA Valve, and Hi-Low Pressure Cut off Switch. FRONT SUSPENSION: Upper and Lower Control Arms, Control Arm Shafts and Bushings; Upper and Lower Ball Joints; Stabilizer Shaft Linkage and Bushings; King Pins and Bushings; Spindles and Spindle Supports. STEERING: All Internally Lubricated Parts contained within the Steering Gear Box; Power Cylinder, Rack and Pinion Gear, and Power Steering Pump, Plus: Pitman Arm; Idler Arm; Tie Rod Ends and Drag Link; Steering Box & Rack and Pinion Gear Housings if damaged as the result of the failure of a covered Internal Part. BRAKES: Master Cylinder; Power Brake Cylinder; Vacuum Assist Booster (excluding Hydro Boost system), Disc Brake Caliper, Wheel Cylinders, Compensating Valve, Metal Hydraulic Lines & Fittings. ELECTRICAL: Alternator and Voltage Regulator; Starter Motor, Starter Drive, and Starter Solenoid; Front Wiper Motor, Relay and Delay Switch; Manually Operated Switches; Wiring Harnesses. SEALS and GASKETS: Seals and Gaskets

HIGH TECH Plan

Includes all components listed in POWERTRAIN & STANDARD

The High Tech Protection Plan further supplies protection to your automobile investment.  Redefining bumper to bumper coverage.  Including all the above features and these listed below:

ADDITIONAL ELECTRICAL: Power Window Motors (excluding Regulators), Power Seat Motor, Convertible Top Motor (excluding Regulators and Frame), Power Sunroof Motor (excluding Regulators and Frame), Power Door Lock Actuator, Power Antenna Motor (excluding mast), Digital Instrument Cluster; Mileage Computer; Distributor; Electronic Combination Entry System; Computerized Timing Control Units; Electronic Cruise Control Module. ABS BRAKES: Hydraulic Control Unit; Electronic Control Processor; Wheel-Speed Sensors/Exciters; Hydraulic Pump/Motor Assembly. FRONT & REAR SUSPENSION: MacPherson Struts; Shackle and Eye Shafts and Bushings; Torsion Bars and Bushings; Wheel Bearings and Seals; Automatic Leveling Unit Compressor, Sensor and Limiting Valve. COOLING: Radiator; Fan and Fan Clutch; Engine Cooling Fan Motor; and Heater Core. FUEL SYSTEM: Electronic Fuel Injection Sensors; Control Units and Injectors; Electronic Fuel Delivery Pump and Injectors; Vacuum Pump; Throttle Position Sensors; Oxygen Sensor; and Metal Fuel Delivery Lines. AIR CONDITIONER: Expansion Valve; Dryer Tank; Accumulator; POA Valve; Hi-Low Pressure Cut-off Switch; Ducts and Outlet hoses (Interior); Automatic Temperature Control Programmer. INTERIOR/EXTERIOR: Glove Box Door and Hinge; Manually operated Seat Tracks; Interior and Exterior Door Handles; Door Hinges; Map/Courtesy Light Assembly (not bulbs); Hood and Truck Gas Shocks. SEALS and GASKETS: Seals and Gaskets are covered for all components listed in HIGH-TECH.

COMPREHENSIVE Plan

This Service Agreement will cover necessary repairs to ALL of your vehicle’s mechanical and electrical parts, except for those items listed below under “Exclusions*."  This is by name and definition the most complete plan you can purchase to ensure coverage. 

*Exclusions: This Agreement does not provide coverage for: Carburetor, Standard Transmission Clutch Assembly, Friction Clutch Disc and Pressure Plate, Throw Out Bearing, slave cylinder, Manual and Hydraulic Linkages, Distributor Cap and Rotor, Safety Restraint Systems (including Air Bags), Timing Belt, Glass, Lenses, Sealed Beams, Light Bulbs, Fuses, Cellular Phones, Non Factory Audio/Video systems, Non Factory Electronic Transmitting/Receiving Devices (GPS, On Star, Etc.), Brake Rotors and Drums, Exhaust and Emission Systems, Batteries, Weather Strips, Trim, Moldings, Bright Metal, Chrome, Upholstery and Carpet, Paint, Outside Ornamentation, Bumpers, Body Sheet Metal and Panels, Frame and Structural Body Parts, Tires and Wheels/

WRAP-AROUND PROTECTION

Factory Warranties are great, they provide limited protection to many parts of your new vehicle.  However there is still a great number of parts that aren't covered.  If these parts fail, you foot the bill.  Century Automotive offers Wrap-Around Protection to enhance the factory warranty.  Century gives you two options for the amount of enhancement you want to add to the warranty, those being:
