Chevrolet Military Discount

If you are an eligible member of the military, which includes active duty members and Reserves of the U.S. Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines, National Guard and Coast Guard, then you are qualified to receive military pricing on GM vehicles through the GM Military Discount Program. This great value is available exclusively from GM.

Receiving the military discount is easy. Just follow these simple steps: Click Here then "Obtain Go Code" from the left menu and begin the simple three-step process:

  • Step 1 — Enter your date of birth and home of record ZIP Code (not APO)
  • Step 2 — Review your information and the Rules and Guidelines
  • Step 3 — Print your new Go Code
  • Present your Go Code and Military ID to Ed Bozarth Chevrolet.

Who is eligible for the GM Military Discount? People eligible for the GM Military Discount include active duty members and Reserves of:

  • U.S. Air Force
  • Army
  • Navy
  • Marines
  • National Guard
  • Coast Guard

Which GM vehicles are eligible? Almost every new and unused 2008 and 2009 GM passenger car, SUV, crossover and light-duty truck is eligible. To see a list of excluded vehicles, visit the home page and select Vehicle Eligibility from the Vehicle Shopping drop-down menu. Some other models may have limited availability. Eligibility of GM vehicles may change at any time without notice.

What is the vehicle discount? As an eligible member of the military, you can purchase vehicles at a specially discounted price that is less than MSRP. To compare the MSRP to the military price, click here.

How many vehicles am I eligible to purchase/lease? You may purchase/lease up to two eligible new and unused vehicles per year with your GM Military Discount.

Can I receive the GM Military Discount from any GM Dealer? The GM Military Discount is available through all participating U.S. GM dealers and is voluntary on the part of the dealers. Dealer participation is on a vehicle line basis. Please inform your dealer of your intention to use the GM Military Discount during your first contact with your dealer. If your dealer elects not to participate, you may visit another dealer.

How do I get the GM Military Discount? Visit gmmilitarydiscount.com to request your "Go Code" and bring it and your military ID to your salesperson at your GM Dealer to receive your vehicle discount.

Can I combine this discount with current incentives? Yes, in most cases. Visit your GM Dealer for details on eligible incentives, or view current incentives at gmmilitarydiscount.com to see how the values add up. You can also check with your salesperson.

Can I combine this discount with the GM Mobility Program? Yes, the GM Military Discount can be combined with GM Mobility reimbursements. To learn more about GM Mobility visit gm.com/shop/services/gm_mobility.

Can I order a vehicle through this program, rather than choosing one from my GM Dealer’s inventory? Yes.

Can I combine this with any GM reward card Earnings? Yes, you can combine the GM Military Discount Program with Earnings from any one of the GM reward cards. Earnings from GM reward cards are in addition to most current incentives GM may offer.

How can I apply for a GM reward card? You may apply online anytime for any GM reward card at gmcard.com.

Do I have to purchase or lease through GMAC? You do not have to purchase or lease through GMAC.

Are dealer-installed options covered with the GM Military Discount (e.g., theft-deterrent devices, etc.)? No. Any additional dealer-installed options, conversion/upfit packages, General Motors Protection Plans and other extra-charge items will be supplied at a price agreed upon between the customer and the dealer.

Are dealer demonstration vehicles included in this program? Yes, if the vehicle has less than 7,500 miles and a dealer demo allowance has not been paid on the vehicle. Please contact Ed Bozarth Chevrolet.

Can I use a trade-in with the GM Military Discount? Please contact your dealership for more information about trade-ins.

Does the purchase/lease require a down payment? Ed Bozarth Chevrolet will be able to provide details on the down payment of your chosen vehicle.

How long do I have to keep the vehicle to qualify for the GM Military Discount? Eligible vehicles must be retained for a minimum of six (6) months. Except Chevrolet Corvette (excluding 2009 ZR1, which is not eligible), which must be retained for a minimum of two (2) years.

I recently bought/leased a new GM vehicle. Can I still apply for the GM Military Discount? No. Previous purchases/leases are not eligible.

Can I share my GM Military Discount? Yes, with your spouse. Vehicles can also be co-titled.
